Computer Science Student | Cybersecurity Enthusiast | Infrastructure Specialist
I'm a Computer Science student at Drake University with a focus on Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Information Systems. Currently working as an Infrastructure Support Specialist while maintaining a 3.67 GPA.
My passion lies in building secure, efficient systems and exploring the intersection of networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity. From creating ray casters in Python to managing home lab virtualization servers, I'm always working on projects that challenge me to grow.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
Minors: Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Information Systems
Relevant Coursework: Object Oriented Programming, Cyber Security, Data Structures, Network and Database Management, Machine Learning
Repurposed a 2010 HP desktop into a Proxmox-based virtualization environment. Configured a custom subnet with Pi-hole for network-wide ad blocking, a firewall for traffic control, and multiple virtual machines and containers, while granting minimal access control to give my roommates guest privileges.
Assisted in physically assembling and setting up a server tower and rack-mounted server in the college datacenter for cybersecurity club use.
A personal project where I created a ray caster from scratch using pygame and python. Learned how to incorporate trigonometry and other math into my programs.
